Pictures and audio recording of the DEL 2013 symposium

The international symposium “Online political participation and its critics”, organized by the DEL network, went well on 19 and 20 June at the headquarters of CNRS in Paris. The organisation committee warmly thanks all the attendees and hopes that the presentations of the various speakers and the discussions to which they gave rise could arouse their interest.

On the page dedicated to the symposium programme, and on the pages dedicated to each session of these two days, you will find the summaries and the audio recordings of the interventions. All the recordings are also available from the Recordings page of the Media section.

In the same section, you will find a set of pictures taken during the two days of the symposium. You will also find a list of the mentions of the symposium in the news.

End of the DEL 2013 symposium: thank you everyone

The DEL international symposium is finished after two very lively days of discussions on online political participation, thanks to the involvement of all members of our scientific committee, and of our organization committee . We also would like to warmly thank Alexandre Fabrer, Otakar Kopecky, Viviane Le Fournier, Brigitte Sebbah who were very helpful.

A good overview of the symposium is available on the Storify account of the DEL network (partly in French and partly in English).

Some pictures of the two days of the symposium are also available on Flickr, the first day and the second day.

The second and last day of the symposium has been closed with a friendly drink near the CNRS gathering the members of the organization committee and several participants, as shown on some of the #DEL2013 tweets, here and here.

Today the general meeting of the DEL research network has been held at the University of Paris Est Creteil. A report will be available in the next few weeks.
